How to use Res Bio products
Pour a teaspoonful of Res into a small glass. Smell it to determine its aromatic power. Taste it by placing a drop on the tip of your tongue to become familiar with its taste and flavouring power.
At this point you can decide how much Res to use on the dish you are seasoning, cooking, or sautéing.

Essential oils are obtained by distilling the fresh product. This method requires experience and in-depth botanical knowledge.
Distillation is always done on site, where the herbs, spices, fruits and flowers are grown, to avoid the quality of the fresh product diminishing during transport.
Natural Oils are obtained by mechanical pressure, vacuum pressure, and mechanical action.
The first two exert pressure directly on the fruit, for example to obtain essential oils from citrus fruits, while the latter is the action exerted by knife blades that cut precisely through the skin.
Vacuum pressure is exerted through the use of CO2 in a solid state. This technique makes it possible to maintain the colour, fragrance and flavour of chilli peppers, for example.
Natural extracts are obtained by using the freeze-dried product.
The extra virgin olive oil becomes the solvent that will capture the colour, fragrance and flavour of the spice.
Flavourings are exclusively produced by chemical synthesis.
Natural flavourings are obtained by various production methods. You need to read the ingredients carefully to distinguish between the two types of production:
